Once your order is manufactured it is shipped to the U.S. were it is stained and finished. As soon as it is finished you will be notified by phone and e-mail. Then we will ship your order by freight to your destination. You may contact us to track your order.

Handling

Impact Precious Wood Inc. uses a safe and secure crating construction designed to minimize the chances of damage. It is extremely rare for an order to be damaged during delivery. In the event that shipping damage does occur we highly encourage you to contact us immediately, we will restore any damaged order back to new original conditions with no hesitation. We ask that you thoroughly inspect your shipment upon arrival or prior to signing a received order. If any evidence of apparent damage is evident shipments shall be refused or received with notation of apparent damage. |
